As Lead Designer on the RapidRatings account at Lighthouse Creative, I owned design across a wide range of deliverables - from printed reports and infographics to advertising and web experiences.
Alongside this work, I built a comprehensive web design system using Figma libraries, components, and variants, designed for long-term use and consistency at scale.
The system empowers RapidRatings stakeholders, Lighthouse designers, and even project and account managers to produce thoughtful, brand-cohesive work independently - without sacrificing quality or cohesion.

THE BRIEF
This web design system was built to support RapidRatings’ most frequent needs - web landing pages and advertising - while remaining accessible to designers and non-designers alike.
Designed for handoff and scale, the system can be easily adopted by new team members or stakeholders and used confidently whenever work needs to move fast without compromising brand quality.
The system is structured across three tiers:
ATOMS
The foundation of the system: brand colours, typography, logos, buttons, icons, graphics, imagery, and an extensible photography library. Every element is built with variants in Figma, allowing users to make a single selection and adjust size, colour, or state without duplication.
MOLECULES
Reusable combinations of atoms that form common layouts for landing pages and ads - including headers, forms, and footers - designed to be flexible, customisable, and production-ready.
ORGANISMS
Fully realised templates that bring everything together. Using these, anyone - regardless of design experience — can swap imagery, colours, graphics, and copy to produce work that consistently meets RapidRatings’ brand and design standards.
