While at Lighthouse Creative I had the pleasure of returning to work alongside Ceros. For this project, we wanted to deliver a premium content series that showcases real-life studies of innovative brands achieving remarkable growth through creativity, strong think pieces that distill trends, and answers to Ceros’ customers’ most burning questions. We wanted to display it as an interactive web piece. The end goal was to help inspire, educate, and position Ceros as a leader in creative thought leadership.
Alongside the creative marketing team at Ceros and the content and strategy team at Lighthouse we developed the first Showcase series in the form of When Your Story is Sludge, a fun exploration in quiz format of murky marketing pitches and confusing products.
Starting with a moodboard and concepting, I then put together a quick wireframe so we could get an idea for the logic of the quiz.
Following that, and to understand the direction we wanted to take, I developed two look and feel options in Ceros’ branding.
Ultimately, we’d decide to get a lot more adventurous with it, but this was a fun experiment in exploring concepts within the framework of a brand, especially as they were in the middle of developing new branding.

FIRST REVIEW
After I presented our first look and feel to the creative marketing team at Ceros, we decided we wanted to explore some more exciting options, and think outside the box in terms of branding and functionality. The ultimate goal is to really showcase just how advanced Ceros’ capabilities are — and what a user can do with it.
We settled on a look from our new exploration and I set to work producing the final product in Ceros itself, leveraging the capabilities of the software to build an interactive experience.
For added movement, I developed a hero animation in Adobe After Effects, as seen on the first and last pages of the quiz.
